We guide you through the standard formation steps. You verify your identity and submit your own application directly to Companies House, or use your chosen authorised formation agent. Statutory and agent fees are separate. We do not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.
Email licences, hosting, booking plans, CRM, chatbot or AI usage, premium assets and statutory fees are separate. We agree your software choices and recurring budget before you commit. A standard domain's first year is included up to £20; premium domains and renewals are extra. Your written quote confirms the total and any applicable VAT.
We target 10 working days for a standard Launch or Business website after receiving your complete content, account access and approvals. Company registration, verification and third-party approvals have their own timelines. Business AI delivery is agreed after scoping the integrations.
Your domain and service accounts are set up in your name. Once the agreed invoice is paid, we hand over the website source, approved brand files and access. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences.
The package defines pages, accounts and revision rounds. Business AI includes one CRM pipeline, one approved-content chatbot and one follow-up workflow. Ecommerce, custom apps, complex integrations, ongoing marketing and legal document drafting are quoted separately. Privacy and cookie page setup uses information or documents you supply.
No. Care is optional and you can manage the setup yourself after handover. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing period. Included support time does not roll over; extra work is quoted before we start. Software subscriptions remain separate.
